On-line ordering is done by credit card only. Visa, M/C, or American Express accepted. (Please include expiration date on all orders).

If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can call us at (800) 788-0949 and we will send an order form in the mail. You can then mail or fax it back to us.

Please review all charges and totals before submitting order.

We are incorporated in Oregon, with no sales tax. 

There are five ways to place an order: by mail, fax, phone, Email, or directly from our secure website.

Include your credit card information (including expiration date) or enclose a check or money order payable to Sound Remedies. Sorry, no cash or COD’s please.

ORDERING BY FAX: Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax your order with your credit card information to (541) 488-7796.

ORDERING BY PHONE: Our toll-free voice mail is available seven days a week. Call us at (800)788-0949 and we will return your call during business hours PST.

ORDERING BY EMAIL: Send us an Email: Fulfillment at ThroughADogsEar dot com. Please include title, code #, quantity, your name and address, name and address for order delivery (if different than yours), credit card # with expiration date.

ORDERING ON-LINE: is a secure sites hosted by Yahoo! To order on-line, simply press the order button on the bottom of each product page. You may change your order at any time prior to the final sale. If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been electronically completed, either send us an Email at Joshua.Leeds at 97520 dot net or call and leave instructions at (800) 788-0949.

Shipping Information

Domestic US shipping is by USPS or UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic delivery. International shipping is via air mail with charges added afterwards.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY: Depending on order value and/or quantity, we ship via the following three methods: US First Class, USPS 3-Day Priority Mail, or UPS.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY: UPS 2nd-Day Air is available within the continental USA for an additional $13-18.00 per package depending on region of the USA. Please indicate “Priority Mail” on your order. This additional fee will be added to your total order cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Unless arranged otherwise, all international orders will ship via US Postal Service Express Mail or UPS. This allows us to insure and track the package in the event of delivery delay. Actual shipping fees plus $5.00 for handling will be added to your order after you’ve placed it. You will not see the shipping/handling charges on your initial order; they will be added after order is shipped.

Through a Dog’s takes great pride in the music and books. If a recording you have purchased from does not meet your expectation, we will gladly refund your money or replace it for you, once you have returned the original recording within the undamaged CD case with printed materials. In the event materials have been damaged, there will be a $3.00 fee per item.

Refunds or exchanges must take place within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping and credit card fees are not included in any return calculation. Individual items from package sets are not returnable. Return policy applies to audio CDs only (not downloads).

In the unusual event that a recording is defective, we ask that you return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange. Additional shipping charges do not apply to exchanges for defective merchandise.
