ORDERING BY EMAIL: Send us an Email: Fulfillment at ThroughADogsEar dot com. Please include title, code #, quantity, your name and address, name and address for order delivery (if different than yours), credit card # with expiration date.
ORDERING ONLINE: ThroughADogsEar.com is a secure site hosted by GoDaddy.com. Our merchant account is with Authroize.net. To order on-line, simply press the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. You may change your order at any time prior to the final sale. Domestic US shipping is by USPS. Please allow 1 week for domestic delivery. International shipping is via USPS air mail, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. All orders are processed within 48 hours of placing your order, we ship during weekdays only.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY: Depending on order weight, we ship via the following two methods: USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY: Please indicate “Priority Mail” on your order. This service takes 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: All international orders will ship via US Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail International. Customers are responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs fees, duties, taxes, etc).
If you have special delivery requirements, call us at (800) 788-0949 (USA) or (541) 482-2134 (outside US), and we will do our best to facilitate timely delivery to locations world-wide.
BACKORDERS: Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. We will ship your order as soon as the items are back in stock, usually within 1 week. If it is longer than a week, look for an email with an updated on estimated delivery.

Through a Dog’s Ear takes great pride in the music and books. If a recording you have purchased from ThroughADogsEar.com does not meet your expectation, we will gladly refund your money or replace it for you, once you have returned the original recording within the undamaged CD case with printed materials. In the event materials have been damaged, there will be a $3.00 fee per item.
Refunds or exchanges must take place within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is defective. Individual items from package sets are not returnable.
In the unusual event that a recording is defective, we ask that you return it within 60 days of the purchase date for an exchange. Additional shipping charges do not apply to exchanges for defective merchandise.
